• Re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All purchases are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been processed.
• Claims for damages must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).
